Presentation of the UBP

The UBP is one of the major parties of the country, founded on 11 October 1975. The political position of the UBP is in center-right.

Flag of the UBP

The flag of the UBP is white with the party emblem in the middle, either in proportions 2:3 (photo, Courrier International, April 2003) or 1:1 (photo, 12 April 2009).
On the emblem (photo), it looks like a long rather than short ray should be on top. On another photo, the starburst is askew and no one ray points exactly up.

The party also uses a simple flag, horizontally divided orange-white (photo, Courrier International, April 2003).
